I chose to use this shop due to recommendations from Reddit. I went in yesterday to get an opinion on what I was thinking were bushings were worn out on the 2 front doors of my van. Chad came out right away to take a look. He felt we could correct the misalignment using a cheater bar, which he mostly did in 20 minutes. He also showed me how to remedy the last couple of small adjustments to get the doors back to sitting flush on the body, something I could easily do at home. I was totally ready to leave the van there to be worked on, thinking the issue was more labor intensive than it turned out to be. Thanks to Chad's honesty and help I saved a ton of money and time, learned about the issue and how to fix it myself, and overall really enjoyed the experience I had there. I will definitely be bringing my cars in for any future body work that needs to be done.
I never had to take my car in to be repaired until this month. What are the odds that I find the perfect repair shop on my first try?? Chad was the guy who took care of everything and he was super nice beginning to end. I got my car back looking better than it did before it got hit. I'll be back again!
Ray's repaired my Juke after I was rear-ended. They did such a good job that you could never get it had been in an accident. Honest and very fast!
Ray's is very well rated and trusted. So last year I had a small rust issue and they gave me great help to stop the problem. After an accident this fall i decided to wait the extra time to have them do the work done. The work was completed on time and was well done, apart from a ripple left in my door. They explained that to remove the ripple would have required more labor, primer and paint. The accident was not my fault and it seems insurance would have paid for the extra work and materials to make it right. Thus the 4 stars.
