Tom is great! The new manager Falcon not so much.nJust told him I'm moving my fleet of vehicle needs to the Chinden store and he waved goodbye. Great business man.

Ordered a car battery online on their website to pick up in June. At the end of the transaction, it stated that if the items weren’t picked up in 72 hours, that the amount would be credited back my account. Well, I ended up having things arise in my personal life and never made the 72 hour window, so I getting a different battery elsewhere, and I was never refunded by O’Reily’s.nI called the store and a man answered by the name of “Bob” and he told me he had no idea what I was talking about & to call later. I called the next day, and was surprised with the same issue. I ended up just calling my card company to dispute it, and was sent a screenshot of my transaction from O’Reily’s and it was marked as picked up when it wasn’t!!!nI work in customer service, and I get little mistakes are made, but car battery’s are not cheap and a lot of people are low on funds due to the pandemic. Luckily, the bank stayed true and I was refunded my money, but I was close to losing that amount.nI’ve gone in once since then and the employees were rude. I wish I could give this place another chance, but after almost getting burned of my money with a dispute investigation, I’m good.

These guys are always willing to help you figure out what's wrong with your car and what you need to fix it. The free computer scan is very helpful.

Luckily for me I have a super-reliable car. The only two times I've needed parts, I've gone to O'Reilly's. Both times were quick and pretty painless.
