I went to another RV service center a few years back. I will not mention there name but the service was the worst. I happened by this business a year ago. Not only did they walk me through what I had to do, but gave me the part ( 5.00) for free. I have gone to them on several other occasions and have had wonderful service. I highly recommend then.
Our sales man meet us after hours and took the time to work with us and show us what he had available. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us the perfect fit for us.nThe rest of the crew that works there were wonderful and very helpful. They made sure that we know exactly how everything worked and have been available after the sale to answer any questions that we have had.nIf I ever know anybody looking I will be passing our salesman name to our friends.
Just bought a trailer and Kenny was a great salesman. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend Happy Camper to my friends. Kelly was great and made the paper work easy.
I intend on doing all RV business with this company. I was so impressed with the kindness, patience and assistance provided with our RV purchase. There was never any pressure or difficulty dealing with the staff. Our walk through was thorough and we were treated as if we were friends. JD was awesome stepping us through the purchase process and providing support. He was quick to respond and answered questions thoroughly and honestly. Love this company.
We are located in Los Angeles County (CA) and wanted a Flagstaff SE Tent Trailer but were unable to locate one near us. I searched online and found the trailer we wanted online at Happy Camper. I called and talked to Kenny who took care of our paperwork and deposit remotely. When we arrived to take possession of the trailer one of the technicians went over everything about the trailer with us including how each appliance operates, how to level and setup the trailer, how the cassette toilet & shower works, etc. All of the staff members we encountered were very helpful and super friendly. We would definitely make that 1800 mile round trip again to purchase from Happy Camper!
