Always delicious coffee and amazing service. I needed something for my friend who didn't know what she wanted and the person was more than happy to talk to her and help her figure it out. Then they made sure she was happy with her drink and she was.

A longer line for the first snow of the year, but still got through the lines fairly quick. My drinks were given to another customer and they were fast to apologize and make my drinks again. Always a pleasure coming here.

Quick service and even honored a punch card that wasn't quite full yet so I could get a free drink! If u have 6 or more punches, u get a free drink. 5 or less is 50% off a drink!

Other than the fact they still won't do stamp cards and the occasional mishap, I love Dutch. One of my experiences at this location I was trying to remember a drink I had previously had and what the barista suggested was awful, and I didn't have time to go back and get it replaced. However a week or so later I tried again and this girl was phenomenal!! She knew exactly what drink I was talking about and told me about another that was very similar. Btw a Thanksgiving morning is delicious!

Well, Christmas flavors are back and that's great if you're into that stuff. Customer service however is not on the menu. I tend to utilize the walk-up window in order to use not idle in my gas-guzzling vehicle in order to help myself and the environment. They walked past me several times without a word and the girls inside acknowledged my existence and then walked away for several minutes before I finally made one stop. I understand the concept of not wanting to have people cut in line by doing that but what's the point of having to walk up window if you're not supposed to use it and shouldn't webe encouraged to walk up instead of wasting gas? Maybe I've been spoiled by other Dutch Bros in the area but this particular dutchbros just doesn't measure up.
