This place is right down the road from my office so I'm there at least twice a week. The bagels are good but I don't like their cream cheese. It doesn't taste right at this location. At any other blue sky location the cream cheese is good, but at this place it tastes rancid so I always end up getting cream cheese from a grocery store and my bagels here.

I went today before the stores closing and just wanted a bagel toasted with butter. The employees seemed almost unwilling to do their job. One of the employees, in a huge rush to leave for the day, picked up the bagel I wanted and dropped it but caught it against her dirty work shirt and then continued to use that as the bagel I ordered. I’m not usually one to complain but when your food item that you’re paying money for falls against a cream cheese and lint covered disgusting workshirt, I’m not the biggest fan. I wanted the bagel toasted, but the employees were so rude and rushed to get out of there my bagel was prematurely pulled out of the toaster and hastily buttered. This left me with an untoasted and barely warm half buttered bagel that I then had to go home, re-toast, and re-butter. Those two employees were incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was out of the establishment before closing.
