Chicken in a Barrel

Great BBQ! Chicken had a great Smokey flavor and moist meat. Ribs were not quite fall off the home but still tender. BBQ sauce has a slight kick, but well balanced with the sweetness (a little goes a long way). Chili and rice work well together too

A must on any trip to Kauai! Locations in Hanalei and Kapa'a. Not sure what they put on the chicken, but so tender and tasty! The BBQ options are also great. Perfect meal to take to the beach (as we did).
