Cafe Turmeric

Checked this place after reading reviews - we only tried the vegetarian options and it was so so. Could have been the fact that the actual owners were on vacation and it was being run by someone else temporarily, or could have been that their meat and fish are better than their veggie. But overall not really authentic indian

Sooooo yum! Like wow - my favorite meal on Kauai. Healthy vegan options too. Their schedule is a little all over the place with covid but as of late it’s Wednesday-Saturday 430-730pm. I suggest calling ahead but it’s worth the wait.

So many local businesses strugglin’ during COVID19 & these jokers set their # set to “customer is not accepting calls at this time...”nnMy thought: I just wanted to make sure u were open b4 driving out but ok - don’t answer ur phone or have a voicemail explaining ur hours - I’ll take my business elsewhere... ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f

Im Indian and this place is legit. Better than Indian food I've had in NY or even India. Really good portions as well. I read the reviews that aren't five star and they don't have anything to do with the food. You'd be a dope if didn't come here for food.

We got togo food from this food truck 3 times during our stay in north shore. Their menu changes by the day so call to check what is available. Their dal and coconut curry is awesome. Shrimp curry was amazing with shrimp cooked to perfection.
