Have had dealings with them on several occasions over the years and they've been wonderful! Their prices are fair in my opinion. I'd rather pay a little more to get it right and the professionalism instead of paying less to get less. I've always been treated as a person not just a number by them. Highly recommend them to everyone!!
These guys are amazing. They were so helpful and polite. Made me copies of every fancy key I needed that other stores couldn't. The most impressive feat, they reverse engineered an after market chipped car key (that Honda couldnt get connected to my car, yet charged me for the attempt) and made it work. I couldn't be happier. This will be my locksmith from now on.
The only way to explain my experience here is awesome and to state the fact that a huge financial burden was lifted with nthe prices I got for the products I and customer service was appreciated in ways they'll never know
I have an older home with 70 year old door locks. Instead of trying to sell me new stuff or charging too much for repairs these guys take the extra time to help me maintain my home. I can't stress enough how prompt and courteous they are. Thank you Interstate Security Inc.
I needed a key made for a older oak desk, I took the lock with me to see if they could make a key. I wasn't in there a total of 10 min. And left with 2 keys bought and paid for. I thought for sure that they would need my lock for a day or two to make the keys but they really surprised me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of service like that.
