Quiksilver

Lessons with Johny were the best I had around the island. He was the only one to truly try to make us understand how to get better and how things work. He explained at length many subtleties and made us feel confident enough to go on our own.

This quicksilver store is very conveniently located right on the main road in Hanalei. Great variety of beachwear including swimsuits, bikinis, board shorts, and rash guards. Also a lot of quicksilver brand clothing and Kauai souvenir quicksilver clothing. Also doubles as a board shop for getting your surfboards all set up. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about not only what they sell, but the area as well as they gave us great suggestions for food in the area.

It's Hawaii, it's Quicksilver. Good selection of beach clothes and swimwear. We bought lots of accessories, they have those there also. Very busy, but, three people behind the counter. No lines at all. It was awesome!
