****update****nnI received a phone call from the regional manager of Kenworth Northwest. I explained my experience with there service writer and how unprofessional he was. He was very concerned and apologized for the inconvenience and he resolved the issue with me.nnTank you.nnI stopped there for a simple air leak today on my 2020 kenworth T680. They quoted me $150.00 in parts and one hour labor and I would be on my way! There words. I gave approval to repair. Two hours later they tell me they can't find one of the parts and unless I wait two days for the part they will just put the bad part back on. They charged me over $420.00 dollars and I still have the same air leak I had when I stopped there.nnI thought Shirley they would be fair and honest. WRONG! When I asked if they would work with me on the bill. They said its already been processed and there is nothing they can do!nnI still have the same air leak I had when I stopped there and I will still have to pay someone else to fix it!nnWill never sop there again!nYou've been warned!nnOwner/Operator 37 Years.nnThank you.
