Greenwalt provided fast, affordable, friendly service when my family had a winter electrical emergency! Really appreciate their hard work and patience in trouble-shooting a tricky problem in an old house. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

I received a VERY different experience then the first reviewer...just excellent service! My sister has an old, old home that lost power in 3 main rooms. Chad Greenwalt was recommended by my contractor friend to find and fix the source of her problem and they came the next day, Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Both guys - Charles and Nick were great, got it figured out so she could start getting ready to host family. Due to the age of the house, that night around dinner time the bathroom power gave out. I called Chad at night and those guys were back at 7:30 AM THE NEXT MORNING! Yep, found and fixed that too. I wish to convey how much this meant to me, helping her like that. I can not thank them enough, but I CAN recommend you give them the chance to help you (or your sister).

So rude. Th owner is downright rude. Horrible customer service and people skills. Will not allow him in my house after the way I was treated!! I should publicly post his rude text message but won't.
