Dear Day & Night, It was not my intention to be rude I simply asked a clarifying Question that you thought was condensing, that was not my intention. Your friend called back and we had a nice exchange on phone. I apologize then and I will do now I am sorry. As far as price I'm right in the mid range. I just would hope that being in Naches would be a convenience that could make the difference of not driving into Yakima. Again I am not perfect and it is not my intention to come off rude. I hope you would give us a second chance to see that we are good people and concerned about our customer service.

as usual rj and the boys (randy and the new guys) took care of a brother properly, okay? :) always honest and fair, these guys are dependable and very courteous. i had some battery issues and needed my car lights and fog lights replaced. not only did they repair ALL of my lights (i only needed the rear bumper lights replaced) but they upgraded my lights as well. at no additional charge. the car battery? was under warranty and was replaced and upgraded no questions asked! by far one of the best and most honest car shops around...nmany times they can get your vehicle back to you the same day! that is correct, the same day. how many car shops can say that?ni rest my case. rj please keep up the good work.

I only called and just that made me refuse to go there, horrible customer service on the phone, the owner was rude and mocking. And the prices are way to high.
