I don't have enough good things to say about my experience with CertaPro. As a new, first-time homeowner, I had never worked with painters before, so I had no idea what to expect. I was very fortunate to have found CertaPro.nnFrom my initial outreach all the way through the post-move in touch-ups, I've been delighted. The in-home estimate was completely pressure-free, communication was always honest, quick and cordial (particularly impressive as we were talking around the holiday season), and the quality of the work literally caused my and my wife's jaws to drop when we first saw it.nnI have to give a special shout out to Claiton, the site supervisor who worked with us. Not only is he a talented painter leading a talented team of painters, but his communication was exceptional and his demeanor is warm and friendly. Without us even asking, he offered to do touch-ups after our move after we finished our walk-through. The guy is a class act.nnIf you want a headache-free, high-quality experience, go with CertaPro.
CertaPro was great from scheduling the quote on! Our guy Brian was so helpful and personable. He gave us a quote for EVERYTHING and then helped us prioritize the job to start with. We got the project scheduled quickly and before our move. Gene, the site supervisor, was professional and speedy. And the work looks great! I would highly recommend them!
