When other reviewers said he showed up with an hour they were not lying. I called him and he was able to come within the hour. I needed my key fob reprogrammed for my 2015 Ford Edge. The dealers wanted to charge me $300 or more. I looked online to find someone and saw MdM and the great reviews he had, so I took a chance on him. Beyond happy that I did. He was quick, courteous and trustworthy. He even recommended me that I try and get reimbursed with my car insurance company as roadside assistance. I wasn't holding my breath, but wow they did reimburse me for the majority of the cost. Can't thank him enough!!!

‭Mario came an hour after I called him and exactly when he said he would! He was professional and kind. He did the job quickly. Mario is my go-to locksmith and I will definitely recommend him to friends! It is so rare to get good service and Mario was great!

Responded immediately to my call, came out within 24 hours, fixed the issue (key snapped off inside of a security door) quickly. Great communication. Will use again and would recommend for any locksmith needs.

They we're called when my front door lock started acting up. They showed up promptly, (He had his assistant with him today.). They got the door fixed (including some other problems that were beginning to develop) with a efficiency that was wonderful to see. Although the final cost was more than I had $$ on hand for (they had to replace a part) they were more than willing to take a check/credit card (ask to verify what they take when you make the appt.) the peace of mind I got that the door is *fixed* is worth the $$ spent. I would absolutely call again.
