When you let the food speak for itself, you don't need a fancy storefront or any other gimmicks to get people in the door. The menu on the wall is simple and the food is unpretentious and delicious. The amazing people who greet everyone who comes in with a smile are always hard at work and you always feel like you've stopped by your auntie's house for a to-go plate of a favorite family dish. We met a couple in the parking lot who had driven 3 hours (each way), just to have a few hot ones. Take a few dozen of the frozen ones home and enjoy them at home (follow the reheating instructions!). Can't wait for our next visit!
So far I tried the jalapeno Tamales. It had a lot of great flavors. I bought a dozen each of the Chicken, Pork & Jalapeno Tamales. Plan on eating some soon. Looking forward to it. Pretty sure it will make my day if they taste as great as the Jalapeno tamales did. Have to try some. You'll love them
Pretty good tamales! Although I found it interesting that the meat ones were cheaper than the cheese and jalapeno, the latter are my fav. I could not really tell much of a difference between the pork and the chicken.nnI wish they had a couple more options to choose from.nnThe staff is very friendly. Fair price.
Love their Tamales. Their hot and fresh daily.... A little in the pricy side but you get what you pay for. You can't get good, fresh tamales anywhere except here
Five star tamales but three star rice and beans. Just get Tamales and it's a 5, otherwise a 4.
