Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Spent like 10 minutes in the drive thru, when I was up to pay, I got charged for someone's else order, they took about 5 minutes to fix the issue and refund it back and charge the correct amount.

Food and desserts are good as any other Dairy Queen. But customer service is freaking awful!!!! They don’t great, they don’t repeat the order, they don’t say hello when you get to the window, they even sound sassy when talking to you. Corporate needs to talk to this store about customer service.And friendliness

From previous visits to this restaurant, it’s never been a good experience. The staff working here is never friendly, they’re always trying to rush you when ordering and look annoyed or frustrated when seeing you at the window. Almost every time I go through the drive thru something is missing; I always ask for a sweet and sour sauce on the side with the chicken strip basket and they always forget. Hire better employees that actually look like they like being at work and this establishment would be better at this location, bottom line.

My husband and I had DQ for dinner and both of us are glad we got home when we did. I “ran” first. A little while later my husband followed. The pain was awful and persistent. It has been several hours and still in pain. Do not go to the DQ by Costco. Also, had a hard time convincing the girl at the window to give us the drinks that were suppose to go with the meal. The hamburger looked like it was rather old. I got the Chicken sandwich. We are concerned what was in our food that made us both so sick. One star is way to many. Don’t go there, please. Stay safe.

I shared with corporate. If it wasn't for a non responsible Dairy Queen manager from a completely different location, I would not take the time and trouble. So disgusted. This location gives new meaning to low end. Owner....Own Up!
