I called to schedule and appointment in which James came out to in under 2 hours. Very professional and educational service. Not only did he know what he was doing but also took the time to educate me on the issue while also giving me options for fixing my problem. Fixed our lockout issue, re keyed our lock and put new batteries in my car remote. Very affordable price for the quality of service. Will be returning for future needs.
The service guy was very personable. Yet, made over 3 trips back to the shop for materials. Really like my lock setup!nEnded up being about $50 more than was expecting.
