Very organized, clean, good selection the staff is polite and personable. Was 8 people back in the deli line and only waited about 10 mins which is not bad all things considered. I moved to Hatboro and I have to go every time I'm down to visit!
Excellent service. Fresh Meat, Deli, Produce and speedy check out! Everyone at store is exceptionally polite.
It is as good as ever, but it was way too crowded at lunch. Distancing is not possible.

I stopped by Colonial on March 17th hoping they had a few items that I've struggled to find the last few weeks. They had a large assortment of meats including chicken! The freezers were full of pasta and sauces among other things. When I left, I must have forgotten 2 bags. I didn't realize it until yesterday. When I called, Joe the manager told me to come on in and said they'd replace the items. I brought my receipt in. Sure enough, the cashier had written down all items that I left from the previous day. Her list matched mine perfectly. Steve, who worked behind the meat counter, offered to help me replace the items. Talk about excellent customer service! This staff went above and beyond especially during this crazy time. It's not easy dealing with the public in general let alone during a worldwide pandemic. These guys remained pleasant and helpful. Thank you Colonial! I highly recommend going to Colonial for all of your shopping needs and for the pleasant customer service.
