Went in to use my 5$ off coupon when they scanned it said wrong member phone number and that i am using someone else's coupon. I told them that's the number i always use and why would i steal a coupon they said the cashier could've grabbed a previous customers coupon and gave it to me i asked how is that my fault your cashier did that so didn't get my discount i was hoping for cashiers were rude and condescending
Does anybody else has been tested for COVID-19 in this pharmacy? I’ve been tested twice. The first time the results said that it didn’t have enough enzyme to say I had it or not. The second time it said “underdetermined” I wonder if I’m the only person having trouble with the sample (because that’s what they said, “probably there is a problem with your sample”). Please if you also had a similar problem let me know.
I am always treated very well there, except the last time I visited. I didn't get greeted upon entering the store and they were not busy. Quite the opposite. It was dead in there. The lady in the pharmacy and the girl at the checkout were both extremely rude and the lady in the pharmacy was very abrupt with me when I asked her a question about my ointment prescription. Such a difference from the usual.
