Staff treated me unfairly. I wasn't allowed in with my family. I understand there are guidelines required, however, I seen a family bigger than mine (3 of us) and it wasn't an issue whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would. But the 1 star will be for their awesome inventory.
I get my Halloween costumes here every year! Excellent service, prices, & perfect quality...boy do those costumes last...forever!
Party palace is great. Much to my surprise they had some pretty good prices. Although I would like to see more adult costumes.nThe fun things they have in Party palace are great.
The staff was helpful... A few people walking around but they weren't very friendly or outgoing. Didn't ask if we needed assistance. the staff needed to communicate better though! One guy didn't let us know that you didn't have the costume we requested ud83dude32
Bought my Halloween costume there the general manager was nice but the other girls that work there are so snobby
