I have a health issue that prevents me from wearing a mask for very long or very tight on my face. But I do wear one just not under my glasses. I can wear it for a short time just covering my nose loosely and over my mouth. I was thrown out of your store today by a woman and it was very embarrassing. She made sure everyone in the store heard it. I felt as though it was racially motivated.nI had ordered something on line and wanted to exchange it but was not allowed in the store long enough to do that. And this woman.... I assume is a manager made me stand outside and wait for my refund.nI use to love Torrid but this experience was very humiliating and I will no longer shop online or in the store.
Great customer services. Alot of sales.
