They were friendly and helpful, took care of a few manufacturer model repairs I wasn't aware of and gave me an easy to understand explanation of the one repair they recommended for my vehicle. For someone who isn't much of a mechanic I still felt very respected.nCons here are that even having scheduled an appointment the shop time was a bit over 3 hours (could be due to extra manufacturer repair notices)nThe inspection itself was a bit spendy @ $120.nNow there is thing that was an outright issue, and that is I told them NOT to rotate my tires because I just had nee ones put on and- you guessed it- they rotated my tires... Kudos on taking the initiative for a free service but because you they didn't pay attention to my needs now I have tp get my tires RE-Rotated which is an inconvenience.
I love all of their service team! They go above and beyond for you ❤ufe0f. I have never had a negative experience here! Thank you & I appreciate all you do!!
Tyler, in service, was very professional. He took his time to address my needs and followed through with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, how long it would take, cost, etc. He ordered the parts upon completion of the diagnostic test to get me the quickest repair time and got me an appointment for the day the parts would be in.
The service department is always so helpful, especially Trent! I would definitely buy another car from here just for the wonderful service.
I got my plates! Yay, I put them on & learned (after being pulled over) I put them on backwards!! Lol.... Tabs go in back folks, the front is blank. LOL
