Got me in and got me out asap. Thanks.
Dont go if you dont have a hotel room . They will no let you stay in sleeper. Your supposed to hang out like a homeless person. So instead of getting down time you get no rest and if you have an animal try a different location.
It's the worst experience I've had yet, dealing with the peterbilt dealership. The parts guy named Todd has no clue what hes doing, hes the worst parts guy ive ever had to deal with, hes rude obnoxious and condescending. I will not deal with another western peterbilt dealership ever.
Very friendly and professional, helped me anyway they could.
Went in for an alignment as there was too much play in steering. Company directed me here for repairs. Took about 8 hours to determine it needed shocks but they did have the parts in stock but the tech left grease stains on the drivers door panel and on the seat and floorboard. Tech also smashed a trash can I have behind the passenger seat as I’m a solo driver. They don’t keep the driver in the loop as well. Otherwise repairs were done right and the truck is driving normal again!
