I needed to get the front end checked on my truck because of a vibration.. I was passing through Yakama, and very tight on money.. they put it on the rack and determined that the problems were tire related, but not serious and everything was fine to continue driving.. since there was nothing major to fix they sent me on my way FREE OF CHARGE.. thank you Sears for helping me out.. Mel was my mechanic and I would definitely recommend him in the future..

Worst place to go! Do not waste your time, workers are alwayssss rude. Made an appointment a week before to do an oil change and when I got there they told me they couldn’t help me because they were busy, what’s the point of having “appointment” options? Makes no sense. Then told me they “might” be able to do it but was going to take two hours and the whole time I was there they gave me attitude. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Yesterday we went to Searsufeff to get our car aligned. Great accuracy, because they use a computer to align the cars tires. They took about three hours (we were told two ours) . We pulled out, got on the highway and we heard a big hit. Didn't really pay attention to it. We pulled at the the store, and our engine was steaming. Today we found out that there was a hole in our radiator. We called the guys, and they completely lied to us. We went in, and talked to the manager. One of the employees left either a tool, or a can of some type in our engine, and it broke our radiator ($200) When we went in the guy that serviced our car gave us the dirtiest looks ever. They aren't willing to replace our radiator. As long as they fire him we are happy. If you ever do get anything done there, make sure you double check everything. Make sure they didn't leave anything.
