3 Words: Ask for Robert.nnI cannot tell you how helpful, professional, kind, and patient Robert was after the front left bumper of my Mercedes SUV was clipped by a semi-trailer truck.nnWhen I dropped of my car, Robert examined it thoroughly with me - detail by detail - and was able to give an estimate on cost of repairs. He has years of experience and is very knowledgeable. Robert also answered all of my questions until I was satisfied. When these situations happen, it's great to find someone you can depend on. Robert is your guy.nnMost auto shops can be hard to reach, especially when you want an update. NOT GO's Collision Center. Robert gave me an update every several days and he worked with my insurance to make sure that my repairs could begin. If I had a question or concern, I knew I could reach out to Robert. You absolutely cannot find someone else more trustworthy.nnWhen I picked up my car, it was beautiful - all thanks to Robert and the team at GO's Collision Center. They washed it and also took care not to track dirt or debris into the interior.nn1000x would recommend to everyone.

I was in a car accident and chose G.O Collision to take care of fixing my bumper. They did an outstanding job!! They were on time, gave updates and even detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside - I was not expecting this. So very thankful for all the work they put in!!

Jordan CagampangnWere sorry that you feel this way [Member Name Removed]. We repaired damages per State Farm Assignment. Tire Center States damage to suspension is due to old worn ball joints, both upper and lower ( 2007 with 164,502 miles) Robert made phone call to State Farm, Per State Farm only Covering damages that accrued in accident.Our Suggestion is you should call State Farm and state your case and see if State Farm will Review your Concerns.We will gladly help you in any way that we can, If you would like we would take your car to a suspension shop have them do repairs and we would not charge any mark up? They handled my work on my escalade. They handed me back a car that was not fixed and blamed damaged to be due to age of vehicle. They sub let the work out to another vendor and tried to take claim until questions about quality of work came up. It went from them doing it, to a vendor. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Owner gets flustered and hangs up once they are called out on lies. Was given a car back with a wobbly steering wheel which never happened before and was told it was due to cars age.
