I have purchased tires from Costco before so I called the tire center twice, let the phone ring12 times each and no one answered. So I went to the warehouse, stood in line 25 minutes, and then asked about getting a set of tires. They checked the computer, said they had 8 tires my size in stock. I paid for the set and was told they were too busy to install them that afternoon so I made an appointment for the next day at 12:00. The salesman said he would go and pull the tires. I returned the next day at 11:30, stood in line for 25 minutes to give them my keys. I walked around Costco for almost an hour and received a call that I assumed was to tell me my car was ready. No - I was told they must have sold my tires because they couldn’t find any my size. Then the salesman said, “You actually have quite a bit of tread left and would probably be OK for a while.” (The previous day I was told the tires would be dangerous to drive in winter!) I’m done with Costco tire centers - I actually found the same tires at the local Discount Tire Center - they were priced 4 cents more for the set. And a day later I’m still waiting for my refund to appear from Costco. I gave this rating 1 star only because there was not an option for 0.

Amazing customer service!nI highly highly highly recommend the Yakima Costco Tire Center to anyone and everyone. I popped a tire on my way home from work one day and was able to take my car straight to Costco where they helped me find the right tires for the best price and put all four new tires on in less than an hour. I showed up at the center just barely over an hour before closing and they still took the time to replace my tires. Great experience! I will forever be going to Costco for tires.

Made appointment for Nitrogen fill and they were right within 10 min.. I was in and out in less then 25 min.

Purchased a set of tires and made an appointment for today. Great value on the tires and fast installation. Nice, smooth ride home.
