BE CAREFUL!!!!! This dealer likes to scam! We barely bought a truck from them and from the start it had problems but we were told that we had a 3 month warranty, well a month and a half into having the truck and taking it to them almost every other week for them to fix it, Which by the way they never fixed it and lied about it, well I took it back and they said my warranty was over, which I still have 2 months left, then a guy from there kept arguing with me and hanging up on me! Super unprofessional! SUPER bad customer service!!! Don’t let them sweet talk you into buy a car because they will NOT keep there word!!! And if I could I would give them 0 stars! Never buy a car here again!

I pulled up decicided to look at cars, ended up leaving in a camaro!! I absolutely love this place. After visiting here I now know that anything is possible!!!! You rock own a car!! I would go back anytime I need a new car preferably speak to Homer again and get my new cars from homer all the time!!

We started out with a great experience. Humberto, took videos of the car running and doors opening and closing as were driving up from out of state to purchase a car we found online. We arrived and the car was still there although not in the condition described. They seemed like very basic things. We negotiated a deal with licensing and fees included on the dealer's end. We had told the all of our states requirements for licensing the car and they said they would take care of it. It was a little strange we weren't just mailed the title given we paid cash but we trusted them because up until that point our service was great. We returned to the dealership the following day noticing a screw was missing on a main part of the motor. They had it, returned it and let my husband use their tools to install it. They even had a window tinter there who tinted our windows for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with them up to this point. On the drive home the car started making a very loud concerning noise. It turned out it was the rear motor mount. It needed replacing immediately. The cost was $1100. 2 wks later it needed another $1050 of work because we couldn't get into or unlock our car.nnWe received a text 2 days after purchasing the car saying all paperwork was sent to our state DMV office. I called DMV every 2 weeks for 5 weeks and they said they had never received any paperwork for our vehicle. I had called the dealership about 3 weeks in when The DMV had no record of transfer of ownership. I was told I would recieve a call back after they looked into it. They once again claimed they sent the paperwork in.About 5 weeks in the DMV still had not heard anything. I asked if it was possible the paperwork was returned to the dealer and they said it is possible but there would be some record of it and there was not. So I called the dealer again who then claimed paperwork was returned. I told them that was a lie and then they apologized profusely saying they would come to our state the next day to get everything organized. I told them I had the remaining paperwork they needed but the next day received a call they were unable to license the vehicle because they did not possess all the needed paperwork (which i had now told them many times). So they finally sent our title overnight and agreed to pay licensing fees once I sent them a photo of my receipt. They confirmed receipt of my photo the same day I licensed the car but we had not received a check nearly a month later. We called again they once again apologized. 2 weeks later still no reimbursement check then a trail of ignored phone calls and finally someone who was kind and took responsibility but still did not send the check when he said he did. I tried to be patient as these were very nice people to start out. They just seriously lack follow through. We received our check approximately 3 months after it was owed.
