Great buying experience. When I first checked out our car, owner told me to test drive it all the way to my house and show it to my wife. And he gave me cash to put gas in the car as well. I test drove it 30 mins away and 30 mins back. Purchase process was easy, pretty good explanation of contract. The car has been great. We are super happy and it was exactly what we wanted for our family. And to top it off, months later, they still remember my name! I hadn't talked to them in a couple of months except for quickly over the phone for payment, and I went in the other day and as soon as I mentioned my car the guy knew who I was. I think that's awesome! We did in house finance and couldn't be happier.nnThanks guys!
Replied to a craigslist ad they posted inquiring about a possible trade. Now be it my trade was worth 3 times as much as their vehicle, but who knows what you can work out. These people couldn't even be bothered to reply to my request. Bad business. No customer service. These are the small tells of a company's character. As the manager of a small independent business, I could not imagine running my company this way.

Some how I got two vehicles both had issues about a week in after buying. Similar issues started with a tire going flat constantly on both cars. Other issues would be disapearing oil from the nissan and loud sound when driving. Buick leaked and overheated. Squeeky brakes loud cv joint turning right. Gauges dont work properly. Just bad cars for there high prices even they wont take it back without giving only $100 back for the cars you buy in the thousands.
