My best first car buying experience. Not only were they warm, and welcoming but treated me like family and made sure I left with a good deal! Marcos presented all the information about the car, Sheccid made sure I was content with the offer I was getting with and clear with all the information I was signing. Amy and Franky made sure I left with no questions unanswered and even stayed later than usual to go over everything for me one last time.
While we didn't find the car we were specifically looking for they were quite friendly and honest in our discussions. They even contacted me a few months later to let me know they had found the car we were looking for. We had already purchased but ended up trading ours in as they found one with the more specific features we wanted. Top notch service and follow up!
They had the car we were looking for. After some short and courteous discussion we were able to come to a very fair price. We've had them service our other cars in the past and no issues that weren't promptly taken care of! Will continue to use them
I am happy with AR1 and the costumer service I got from the dealer ship. I wanted a Vehicle that was nice, reliable, safe and fun to have. After talking with the sale's representative and showing me a variety of cars I was able to choose the right one for me. From the moment I got there and to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle from AR1, they were extremely kind and made sure my satisfaction's were met. Till this day (few months) they keep in touch with me and fallow up on my purchase to remind me that I'm covered with warranty for mechanical issues or to simply let me know of their new inventory and how they would gladly put me into a new car :)! All around HANDS DOWN THE BEST DEALER IN TOWN!! I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the limit! lol great job!!!
Bought a couple cars here and traded the first one for it being a messed up frame. The second one is on the way to being traded. Buy somewhere else. All they care about is money.
