Having completed numerous car deals over the last 15 years I have to say this has been the most unprofessional, misleading and unprepared experience I have ever been a part of. Coming in from out of town I pretty much worked my deal over the phone with one caveat, if my trade is not what I said it was (dents, scratches, etc) could affect my trade in that was already quoted and agreed upon. When arriving and checking out the truck I was there to purchase I found the AC wasn’t working properly and pointed this out. I was told “some vehicles it takes time for it to kick in”. As previously stated above this isn’t my first rodeo. I took the truck for a test drive and wanted to buy it but wanted to be assured the AC would be repaired first. I was told they would “look” at it. I again asked does that mean you will fix it and was told that would be up to the boss. I asked to speak with the boss and was then told they would fix it but depending on the cost of the repair this could change the numbers of our deal. Which again was already agreed upon before I came up. After a short discussion I was told they would repair the AC and get back to me on Monday (2 days later) after Monday came and went it tried to contact the dealership on Tuesday to see if they had any new information on the repairs and was told it was repaired but was given the runaround and told they said I told them I didn’t want the truck. Come to find out their is now a pending deal on the truck (hopefully the potential buyer verified the AC repair first) This dealership has apparently been around for 21 years and I’ve never seen a business that didn’t like a ready, willing and able buyer with cash in hand. This is obviously my first dealings with them and can say it was a complete disaster!! I hope it was just mine and others don’t have the same experience!

I work at an automotive shop. I am a certified auto tech with years of experience. That said, I have been shopping a car upgrade for quite a while knowing my family was in need of one, but, it had to be to my expectations. I've known for years from word of mouth and vehicles I have serviced at times, McKenna motors only deals in quality and reliability. The staff is fantastic. I've spoke with Bob who helped us different times over the years about cars I was interested in randomly. Glad to finally seal a deal with him. Call of the purchase process was quick and smooth. Very friendly salesman. Open and honest about prices. Showed me stock of vehicles in price range, gave suggestions, but did not try to make an immediate sale.

An absolute pleasure dealing with everyone we met at McKenna Motors. I live 220 miles away, and inquired about a vehicle they had, that I was interested in. Bob, the salesman, was very pleasant to deal with and kept in touch with me throughout the process. We had car trouble 50 miles from them, that required a tow. When I called to tell them about the delay, Mark, the owner, arranged a tow and sent them my way almost immediately. They kept in touch with me until we had things resolved. Mark and Bob had the car waiting for inspection and a test drive. Jennifer had all the paperwork ready and the transaction was extremely smooth and pleasant. We definitely recommend McKenna Motors.

Absolute pleasure to work with! I have never had a Owner/Sales person take the time after the sell to go through all the options and make sure we understood all the perks of the vehicle (this place did and it was the owner)! This place is top notch and all the sales people are super great! No pressure environment, great sales people, and good environment.
