Domino's Pizza

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pizza here, like I usually do, but it arrived late, cold, and cut up like Frankenstein's Monster. This has never happened before and the manager was totally professional and courteous when I called. He gave me a credit for a replacement pizza which I just cashed in. They threw in an extra topping and a dessert! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The individual (JACOB) delivering my pizza didn't know where he was going I waited outside and tried calling the number he called from at first it was ringing and I was able to get a hold of him but then it started going straight to voicemail. He wasn't able to get through my gate so I told him to wait at the gate and I'll meet him so I walked to go meet him and he wasn't there I waited waited tried calling the phone rang once and then straight to voicemail, I then called the store to see what was up and when I was able to talk to that dude (Kyle) he said he would send the driver back out as soon as he got back and I asked if he could just call him and he said yes I will do that. I waited some more and the pizza still didn't show up. So I called the store again and a different girl answered the phone and she was very polite and I was appreciative for this. She said the person delivering my pizza had come back and said he couldn't get a hold of me which is a lie because I had spoken with him, I tried to give him my gate code and when that didn't work I told him to wait at the gate and ill be right there. He was not there. I've never written a bad review, I am livid. I am disappointed, jacob you are the worst.

The food is always right, it is always hot and delivered quickly. And the delivery drivers are friendly and efficient

This is a very good store with a very good team. They always deliver quality and speed. There has been two or so occurrences where something was messed up or didn't come correctly but they did very quickly bring us the correct stuff.

I requested a non contact delivery and they still took $5 from me even though the drivers get paid from delivery I dont respect that I also ordered online with my military discount seems to be unconstitutional driver had long hair male with glasses...!!!!
