Worked out a deal over the phone, since we were about 4 hours from the dealership. My wife and I took a drive over the mountains to pick up my son's car and it was a very smooth experience, except for a refund that was due to us. Took a couple of phone calls, but it got handled. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. Thanks
Best car buying experience, coming from a man who hates car salesman, car dealerships, and the process. Bud Clary has changed my outlook. They are fair and open to negotiate in a way that’s equitable. The salesman and used car manger were both amazing. The finance guy was a dirtball, but all finance guys are. It’s a prerequisite, they are the last line of defense to make money, so by trade they are leaches. I buy vehicles every few years, and I like to think I know the hustle. I’m still left in awe that there was no hustle. I didn’t have to fight for a fair price, they were more than fair for the trade and most of all, just good people who were not out to send you through the ringer. I would absolutely send anyone I know looking for a used vehicle or a new Toyota to them. I can promise you, you won’t regret it. Just make sure to tell the finance guy no to anything they recommend, you don’t need it unless you happen to be upside down as soon as you leave. That would be your own fault though. I would give 6 stars if I could .

I wish I could give 0 stars...We called about a vehicle and made an appointment to come in to see it. We were told it was being detailed and that was why there were no photos. The associate said she would have it ready for our arrival. My husband left work early to make the appointment and when we arrived we were told the car had sold 8 months ago! They offered us another car that was older and cost $8000 more. No thanks!
Let me first say this is my third 4Runner. The first two I purchased used from private parties but when I was ready to get another one, no used ones were available so I bought a new Limited 4Runner from Clary Toyota in Yakima, WA. Since that time I have had all the service work done at Bud Clary. After my factory warranty was up, I have continued to have all recommended service performed there.nnThe Service Manager, David Marshall is really on top of his game and has gone out of his way numerous times to arrange service scheduling to fit my needs. He has special ordered parts in an expedited fashion to keep me on the road. At his desk, he is buried in necessary paperwork but handles it all efficiently and with a great attitude.nnI trust the Yakima Bud Clary service staff to take care of my 4Runner and do all work right the first time. When it comes time for a new 4Runner, Clary Toyota will be my dealer of choice. I’m totally satisfied with all of my dealings there.
