If I could give a rating of zero stars. I would because the amount of disrespect and poor customer service. And false information given to me about products not able to be return is unacceptable.
Came in to get my key card refilled. Apparently it was closed, even though there was someone in line being served. Then I call customer service to follow up, and someone answers, interrogates me over the nature of my call, then hangs up and doesn't answer the phone afterwards. Highly unprofessional. Never enough staff, where the cashiers have to straddle between ringing people up and then switch-hitting to customer service. They should've just kept this a fresh grocer because at least they were well staffed.
Good variety of things, clean, deli selection. Hot foods made daily. Beer garden on site.
If I could rate zero stars I would the cashiers are rude, especially with the new WIC system. Stop trying to argue, get loud and tell customers which baby food they can get on wic when they've been getting the same baby food for their baby on a WIC 3 months. First stage foods DO qualify, why would I buy a stage that my baby cant eat.
Clean,convenient,but some pricing is high. However,considering it is in a food desert it will due when you need something near by.
