Large fry 1000pm what's not to like
Today was fast friendly service .
Apparently my requests weren't heard or even taken into consideration. Each time I have purchased food, the fries were way oversalted or hard / cold. Our burgers weren't even cooked thoroughly. I wish i could give 0 stars.
90% of the time car order is not correct. I can't stand McDonald's. If you get french fries you better make plans to stop and eat them right away because they're only good for the first few minutes. Their food is put together so sloppy it's disgusting. I could go on and on about the poor service, but there's only so much room to are write here.nYou're probably asking why I even go to McDonald's if it's so bad... The answer is my six-year-old grandson.
Ordered a buttermilk crispy and received a soggy patty NOT crispy what so ever as I had paid for. When we came back the manager of the franchise had some words to say that were very rude. Sadie (the manager this night) seemed ill prepared and very snobby no way in hell was she trained properly to be a manager. She didn't fail to attempt to falsely accuse us of asking for more than we paid for, it is very insane to see this happen there is zero customer satisfaction being practiced which is concerning and should be closely taken care of by the head of this franchise. A waste of time and infuriating. In good news one of the workers named Tia was an angel and knew how to take care of the situation way better than her manager. Overall I would love to see some improvement for customers to come.
