I don't come to Yakima often, but this is the second time that my drink is not made right, and when I tell them they said is fine how they made it. Not coming back.
Very friendly staff and greeted by this sweet partner (I work for Starbucks) named Christine, I asked her what protein boxes they had and she didn’t bother at all to show me the protein boxes that looked different because I live and work in another area. Another partner named Hailey made all of our drinks right and I was going to ask for a drink tray but she gave me a drink tray without me asking and made sure I got ice in my hot tea! When I come to Yakima again I’m definitely going to this Starbucks again. Thank you Christine and Hailey for making the moment right and being very nice to the customers!

I’m a little disappointed with this place. This is my go to Starbucks all the time. I usually always do mobile order, same drink all the time. Always ask for light ice, 1 pump syrup. Today my drink was made with more ice than anything and a ton of syrup. I was so bummed, it was an extremely sweet diluted coffee ud83dude1e
What I love about this Starbucks is the wonderful staff that are always friendly, bright eyed and bushy tailed in the morning. Store is always clean (important during covid) And the coffee is always good made for you quickly great location not far from the freeway.
