First and foremost, I would like to say I rarely write reviews. In order for me to write a review, the service or product has to be extremely dissatisfaction or extremely exceptional. Shawn with Kingstone Locksmith was absolutely AMAZING. Being locked out of my home in the middle of a pandemic was extremely stressful. However, Shawn made everything smooth and calming with his punctuality and gentle nature. If you’re ever in the need of a locksmith, I highly recommend this company.
Shawn was Professional and on time with his ETA. He was courteous and explained what I had to do and what his service would cost. During the pandemic this was a very serious lockout for me which could have led to hours of waiting, but it didn’t thanks to Shawn timely response. He was wearing a safety mask during the pandemic not risking vulnerability to covid-19. He got me through my residential door with NO damage to the lock. I was able to still use my key as well when he completed the job. He was fast! It took leas than 15min for the style of lock on my door. I appreciate his work and being on the job for emergency services. Thank you Shawn I highly recommend him to anyone.
Called to get help getting back into our place and this place arrived in 15 minutes! This was fantastic after waiting 90 minutes for another locksmith who never showed up. Kingstone was able to help us out and verified that we were the tenets of the apartment.
