Don't come here if your in a hurry..... slowest branch with the longest lines I have ever seen. Just horrible! Can't go inside so sit in a line of cars for 2hours before you finally make it to the window. Then punish your customers with extra charges for trying to call in or make online payments.... can't wait to pay my car off. I will close this account faster than anyone can stop me!

Wait times on the phone are extremely long and unacceptable! Need to add staff especially since the merger has taken place. I never waited more than 3 minutes with my previous bank.

We moved to Washington a few years ago. When it was time to find a local bank to partner up with, Gesa seemed to fit the bill. We started out with financing our home with them. It was a quick and easy process for us. We moved our checking and savings over to them. Since then we have added two car loans.
