H&R Block

I sat sat down with a nice fellow by the name of Kyle Follansbee at a Yakima WA H & R Block Tax Office who completely put me at ease. He explained each item as he went and was incredibly kind and courteous. Great customer service skills. What really impressed me was how pleasant my experience was. I also got an email prior to taken this survey that let me know my Tax papers had been accepted. I went through the process with Turbo tax and even paid 90$ for help that didn't happen. My tax return was rejected about 6 times. I will be a returning customer to H & R Block.

I received excellent service and my Tax person was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for next year's tax return.

Annette was very helpful and took the time we needed to make sure everything was taken care of.

Staff were excellent under pressure and found every tax credit possible on my return.
