Girlfriend and I each had noon appointments. We showed up at 11:55 and were not helped until 12:20. I had to ask to be helped, as the lady my appointment was with was accepting walk-ins ahead of me. She expected me to just wait for my girlfriend to finish and then work with the same staff member. That is why we scheduled appointments at the same time. So I ask to be helped with another staff. She was too incompetent to file for me, so I ended up having to wait anyway. The lady we end up working with has NO idea what she’s doing. We spent most of the time waiting for her to correct areas she screwed up. Not to mention she was incapable of understanding that -YES- we did in fact have residence in one state, but worked in two other states as travelers. In the end, we will still pay full price! What a joke.
