Beautiful venue, was really happy seeing The Pony Boy Band playing.nThe service was horrible. Long long wait, had to ask for service. And we Strongly disagree with an automatic 18% gratuity charge.nA gratuity is to be based on service!!!!nThat is OUR DETERMINATION!!!.nTherefore you robbed us. We only would be back for the music and drink water unless you rob us of a gratuity for that also. And believe me when l tell you that word of mouth matters. We have numerous friends that trust our opinion and WILL NOT be visiting your restaurant!!! They too refused to be held up for a gratuity.nTHINK on this>>>is it worth the gain in a tip amount to make this a negative experience, or would you profit MORE from pleased customers that leave tips in the amount of their rightfull choice, and whom then influence others in YOUR favor. Ponder on that!!!!
