Curbside pickup, tried a medium gluten free pizza, it was overcooked and crust was hard as a rock. Also their cheese, tomato sauce and toppings were sparse. I've tried a lot of pizza, both regular and gluten free and this was by far the worst i've had. As this is not a local store i did not return the pizza. If this is how Pizza Hut is run I wont be back. The person who took my order was a younger person but pleasant. Also the pizza should have been 10.99 but i was charged 14, not sure why, maybe because it had multiple toppings.

Pizza was great, hot and delicious. Staff came to curb side pick up in the middle of a rain storm, great service!!! Thank you!!!
I really didn't want to give even a 1 star. My experience with this Zillah location has always been poor. Each time I've ordered it's been online. My last visit was the worst ever and I filled out the survey I received in my email. I requested curbside pickup and when I called after arriving I was told they are waiting on the breadsticks. After 30 minutes I called again and was told my order is ready. So I asked do I need to come inside or are you bringing it out. Was told they'll bring it out. About 5 minutes later brought out my order and there was no breadsticks. I asked the gal and she said oh we ran out of breadsticks. So asked are you going to reimburse me and she hesitated but said yes we will. I wait about 10 minutes and thought okay I'm leaving. I have decided never to go back to this location ever again. I'll drive to a Yakima location instead.
