*Edit to post* I can show PROOF I WAS A CUSTOMER there! Highly recommend not going through Jake Mellor for your financial needs. Responses like "I don't know" and sighing over the phone when trying to help a customer is definitely not the way to handle your customers. Being called "liar" is not the way to treat your customers. They do not take care of you at all!

Jake is very professional. He did not rush me. He took to the time to get to know me and my personal needs. I am very pleased with his level of knowledge and how confident he made me feel about the decisions that he helped me to make.
