Clean and very professional, they always answers the phones with a smile.nIOffice staff is wonderful and treat you like family. Would not rent anywhere else.
Very disappointed with their customer service. I had been in line waiting for well over 6 months for any size rental to become available and when one did become available the female I spoke to stated she would call me the following day so she could give me directions to the rental storage and well she failed to call me the following day, when I called to follow up she stated she didn’t call because she had already given the rental to someone else. I’m very disappointed knowing she was well aware of how long I had been waiting and due to me not being able to meet right that instance when she phoned me she made the choice to rent it out to someone else.
Reasonable price, easy to work with, friendly and professional.
