Overall my visit to this establishment has not succeeded my expectations, When I was in line to pay for my items a lady came very close to me not even following the guidelines. And as I came out of the store to get extra change I had to wait over have an hour in order to get in the store and when I asked to pay for the items I came to fully pay the worker said “ you will have to wait in the back of the line” so as I seen the line i knew I would stay there for another 30 minutes so I walked out angry and disappointed.
Very unorganized.the place reminded me of a warehouse setup with the items all over the place wefe Very messy. Disappointing for a Ross.store New management is needed at this location seriously.
Always nice and clean when I go. Also, the waiting is not bad at all, at least every time I go its quick to get to a cashier. Friendly staff as well.
Everything organized and so much to choose from
Check out was way to slow. To many waiting in line. No eye contact no smiles.
