Bad costumer service. They didn't want to talk to us if they have time or not and this is the 3rd time. For me this will be the last time.

A knowledgeable and unwilling to put my tires on knowledge hahahahahaha where do they find they They make about it much sense as a Box of rocks

Called beforehand to make sure they were open because my trip takes about 20 minutes. But when I got there within the hour they were closed due to lack of staff showing up for their shift! I added that extra star for the nice kid that was apologizing and felt terrible. I know it wasn't his fault but sounds to me they need a new manager!

Super service. I was helped by the service manager today. Ended up buying 4 tires instead of 2 and am extremely pleased with the service I received. My experience today really improved my overall opinion of Wal-Mart.

They took over three hours to put on two tires and tried to charge more expensive tires then the ones they actually put on. The guy putting the tires on was sitting crisscross on the floor doing the job.
