Drive thru is too long of a line
Very disappointed in the service. Went through the drive thru, and once I got home to eat, saw it wasn't even my order at all. Called the store, was told by a manager to come back an she'd correct it. I went back, and dealt with a different manager who was rude and acting as if I'm trying to scam them over $15 with a food and trying to charge me again. After leaving, I called yet again, and was told again by the female I'd spoken to to come back (again). I don't have the gas or time to keep going back again and again over THEIR mess up. Will never go back to that location...
Fast. Efficient. Lacks customer service. However just grateful we can still have drive ups.
Drive thru only but goes quickly. Good is best at rush hours.
I love McDonald'snbut today was not a good day for I did make a big order and when I got home I had 3 very hungry people because they didn't have their meals or they had partial of the meal. I had to drive from grandview where I live all the way back to nearest McDonald's which is in sunnyside about 15-20 min away and then they say they can't give refunds. ud83dude21
