My experience with Nick & Jack at the Rusty Fork was AMAZING! We were traveling through town at night and our fan belt started to shred. No sooner had we pulled over to try and figure out what the noise meant, Jack pulled over and offered his help. Within minutes he had the problem diagnosed and offered a plan of repairing our RV first thing the next morning - allowing us to get back on the road in the timeliest manner possible. He met us at 7:30 am and followed us to the shop. Knowing, if our rig quit running, we wouldn’t be left on the side of the road was very reassuring. This act of kindness was the most exceptional that I have ever experienced. The men opened the shop early and put us at the front of the queue - allowing us to quickly get back on the road. This truly embodies an “over the top” level of service. I can’t sing their praises enough! I would Highly recommend the Rusty Fork to anyone needing a vehicle repair. Not only are these men professional mechanics who know how to fix a variety of vehicles, they are truly kind & caring men. This review allows a maximum of five stars, but that rating doesn’t do justice to their overall service. Thanks again, Jack & Nick. You guys are amazing!

Nick was great he was quick to respond and very helpful. My daughter was in price utah and her car broke down I called rusty fork and even tho it was about closing time he had my daughters car brought in and was fixed ready for her to drive back to Colorado safely within a few hours. Thank you for all your help and making sure my daughter was able to get home to me safely!! Your the best

Just became a long life client! They treated us like family as soon as we got there. It was after hours and we were stranded. Jack & Nick went the extra mile for us! Also the BEST price for parts and labor! Will definitely make the drive from Provo when I need more work done!

Nick is a top notch mechanic and Rusty Fork is the best place to have your vehicle serviced or repaired. My car broke down on a holiday weekend coming home from Bryce Canyon and I had it towed here. They quoted me a price, went above and beyond my expectations with the work and got me out the door with the price I was quoted. Kept me informed on the time frame and the work that was being done and why. I won’t take my vehicles to anyother shop from here on

These guys are the BEST!!! It was after hours and they took us in because we couldn’t stay over night since we live in Ogden (3 1/2 hours away) They had a warm and welcoming attitude which put us at ease. Fast and best customer service!
