I am so disappointed in this business. We took our truck to this shop and had new tires and had a steering box tightened. When we got home my husband notice is steering box was leaking a lot of oil. When we called and told them, they responded with will we told you it could happen. I explained the truck was not leaking prior and they just kept saying he was advised it could happen. Then they quoted us over $500 to fix the part they broke!! I am highly disappointed in this company and their customer service skills.
I went in Saturday afternoon right before they were going to close. I had a loaded trailer and problems with my tire. Bill peters stopped what he was doing, found another mechanic, diagnosed it, fixed it ASAP so I could get on the road. I am so thankful for the wonderful service and help Bill gave me. Thank you again Bill.

If you ever need tires or your vehicle taken care of tire wise Brandon at Dinosaur tire les Schwab in price is excellent to work with. I was treated terribly in American fork and ended up driving to price to have my tire fixed because Brandon always treats me with respect, fairness, and kindness!
We got surprised with a flat tire on the last leg of our 4,000 mile road trip the Friday before a holiday weekend. They treated us with nothing but kindness and helpfulness and squeezed us in on an already extremely busy day. While we won't be back because we live 6 hours away, they made a lasting impression and we would recommend them to anyone, a local or someone in our same situation. From what we saw with they treat everyone with honesty and kindness! Conveniently within walking distance to restaurants, a museum, and they also have free wifi if you do end up having to spending some time there!
