Very bad service! Bought 4 new tires and had them mounted and balanced. A week later a balance weight fell off. I took my truck back and after waiting and waiting they said it was done but they never put a new balance weight on. Poor service, I will never go back.
I have had two oil changes now- both have been utter failures. The first time I went, they drained my transmission fluid and overfilled my oil. When I went back, James, the manager, helped me out and was very professional. He’s a good guy, but the people he has working for him are incompetent. After my second oil change, my engine was entirely depleted of oil after two days- the culprit? The new oil filter was not tightened down even hand tight. Simply inexcusable mistakes that have resulted in massive wastes of time, dissatisfying delays, and more work on my own part.
