I grew up with this place, spend lots of cash in my younger days there. Went there today looking for a lock and keys that could be duplicated. Dealt with Liowes and Home Depot, but since everything is computerized now if they don't have the software to duplicate keys you're outta luck. The folks at Coles were more than helpful explaining why some keys can't be duplicated, but also recommending certain locks, and walked out with my lock and 6 keys. Price was amazing and left very happy. There is so much more to the story, but its been awhile since I've had customer service the way I did today. Would recommend them highly. Very satisfied. I can understand why they've stayed in business as long as they have.

Great service!!! On the spot they replaced my son's bicycle wheel which was bent and even replaced some bolts that were missing. Great price, friendly staff!

I love this place. Always so friendly and willing to help with whatever you need from a helmet fitting, to fixing a flat tire, to finding a new bike. Awesome to have such knowledgeable and friendly service in town!
